Our role was to replace an existing permit system with a cost effective electronic system to be deployed across the trust’s property portfolio of more than 80 sites. MORE

	Kingston University, London Kingston University is home to more than 24,000 students and 3000 staff with 5 faculties spread over four campuses in and around Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. Working with the Facilities management team, a key objective was to ‘monitor and control’ every contractor coming onto site, ensuring they are fully inducted to work on the university’s campus, generating permits and associated documentation through a structured, efficient and trackable process.
